Hello everyone!
Welcome to Waffle Flower’s October 2021 Release Day! I’m happy to be hopping with such tallented cardmakers to show you all the fun new stuff awaiting you on the Waffle Flower website! This month, we’re brining you some fun floral dies and special wrappers!
Be sure to check out each stop in today’s blog hop for fun, inspiration, and chances to win some of these new release goodies! Next on the hop is Amy Rysavy! In this release you can find a few dies and stencil from me: Flat Paper Bag, Wine Bottles Die and Tiny Dot Stencil, it works Tiny Heart Stencil, you can combine them both to create a fun pattern with dots and hearts.
On my first card I used a Paper bag die 4 times. I cut out little bags from colored cardstock and from dark blue Pattern Paper. I cut out handles and tiny tags from gold mirror cardstock and white glitter paper.
I decorated the left dark pink bag with gold glitter paste. I applied the paste through the Tiny Dot Stencil.
I put some floral die cuts (made with Stems Die), tissue paper ( piece of paper towel lol) and a bottle of Champaign (made with Wine Bottles Die) inside of the paper bags. I cut out two panels using A2 Layered Die: one from Vellum and a bigger one from patterned paper - Christmas Stripes Paper Pad.
I love the new floral bouquet stamp set we have in this release, it's not super big, so it can be colored quickly and easily and it fits in a paper bag! :) I colored the flowers with matching colors for the paper bag and cut it out with a coordinating die.
I cut out the paper bag from red dotted pattern paper from - Christmas Stripes Paper Pad. And also I cut out a white background with a visible white border around the paper bag, to match the white border on the bouquet. I cut out a frame from a kraft cardstock using a second die from Nesting Rectangle Frames Die and adhered it on a vellum.
My next card is more about celebration :) I cut out a paper bag from a dark blue cardstock and added shading on the right side with dark blue alcohol marker. I applied gold glitter paste through Tiny Heart Stencil on the paper bag.
I put some tissue paper ( this time a real one lol) on the back of the paper bag and I put two bottles inside of my bag. I cut them out from a regular colored cardstock and gold mirror cardstock (corck and labels). I drew white details on them with a white gel pen.
To create a card background I applied light blue ink through Duo-tone Squares Stencil on white panel and cut out a round window using Circle Nesting Dies.
We have new bold oversized sentiments from JJ and I want to make a focal point on it. I cut out a sentiment from a blue cardstock and I drew horizontal lines on it with my blue alcohol markers. I cut out a vellum background for the sentiment and my favorite doily from ivory color cardstock.
On my next card I used new vases, dies and a few leaves from Small Bouquet Stamp Set. I applied blue ink on the bottom of the card panel and gold glitter paste through the Tiny Dots Stencil. I finished the card background with a piece of die cut I made using Triple Line Diamond Panel Die. I stamped a small sentiment using Special Delivery Sentiments.

or for bottles of liquor on
