Hello everyone!
I'm happy to start new year with new release from Waffle Flower and I want to welcome you to our blog hop! We have so much to share with you! Don't miss special deals and chance to win great prizes.
This month, Waffle Flower is starting the year afresh with 4 stamp sets, 3 matching dies, 6 dies,1 stencil-n-stamp, and 4 stencils!
And I want to share with you a quick video about mixed-media card made using 4 new products from this release. You can watch video here or on my Youtube channel.
I played with few fun mixed-media techniques on my water media mat. I love it, because I can play with my inks, pasts and heat gun on a same surface.
This release is not about only "Love theme". I'm super excited about new birthday stamp set. I made a simple one layer card using only stamp and new stencil with balloons. I applied different distress inks through the stencil and color a stamped sentiment with a same inks. I embellished the card with an enamel dots.
Next, I want to show you a few Valentines cards. I decided to create kind of chocolate box with new heart dies. I cut out two hearts from red and pink cardstock and I embellished "the box" with a transparent bow. I cut it out from a vellum sheet using 3D bow die. Also, I decided to decorate the vellum strime with dots. I made that using one of dies from Stitched Borders Die Set.
To create a soft card background I applied white pigment ink through the Keeway's Sky Scene Stencil. I add a heat embossed sentiment I made using Sending Love Sentiments.
In a same way I made a one more little heart shaped card.
I used biggest die from Scalloped Hearts Die Set to create a card base for this card. I embellished it with red crystals.
Here is one more card :) I played with beautiful Love Letter Outline Die to create inlay image on the card. I cut out the outline image from a dark grey cardstock and filled the gaps with different colored cardstock.
On this card I used a sentiment stripe with little Hello on it. To create it I used a large sentiment stamp from Love Letter Stamp Set. It's a solid stamp with different phrases and it has coordinating die to cut out all the stripes at ones. To get a nice impression with a such large stamp I recommend to use inks like Versafine.

ReplyDeleteThank you, Nancy, I cover the white panel car with a balloon stencil and applied pink, orange, yellow distress inks on the top half of the panel, and on the bottom balloons I applied pink, blue and violet inks.
