See-through flowers on a slimline shaker card

It's time for another slimline floral card :)This time a made a shaker with a See-through flowers  using PEONY TRIMMINGS stamp set and DOTTED SLIMLINE SET 2 dies from Studio Katia.

   I stamped a beautiful flowers twice on a piece of acetate sheet. I stamped using Stazon black ink - it's a special ink that dries permanently on a smooth surfaces. To clean up the stamps I use STAZON ALL-PURPOSE STAMP CLEANER.

  I cut out a white frame using a smallest and scallop dies from DOTTED SLIMLINE SET 2. I attached the acetate sheet on the back of this frame.

 I applied distress inks and inks from Karin brush markers on a water color paper. I blend colors with water and paint brush. With same inks I add a lot of colorful splatters

  I cut out a black slimline panel using a largest die from the DOTTED SLIMLINE SET 2 set. I glued it on a white card base and then I attached a colorful background on it. I put a Summer Fusion , RAINBOW CLAY DOTS and a few GOLD CRYSTALS on the card and covered them with a white frame. I used a thine foam stripes to add a dimension to the frame.

I heat embossed a sentiment on a black cardstock using a white embossing powder. I cut it out with a coordinating stripe die and attached to the card.
