Christmas in July Blog hop - Waffle Flower release

 Hello everyone!

Welcome to Waffle Flower’s July 2021 Release Day! I’m happy to be hopping with the folks from Waffle Flower to show you all the fun new stuff awaiting you on the Waffle Flower website! This month, the Waffle Flower release is full of stamps, dies, and stencils for the love of Christmas!

Be sure to check out each stop in today’s blog hop for fun, inspiration, and chances to win some of these new release goodies! Next on the hop is Jeanne Jachna

In this release you can find a lot of my winter designs. My first card I made with two of them. I cut out two panel using from Holiday Stripes Die white and red cardstock, I inlaid red negative diecuts into white panel.

Next, I cut a snowflakes using Circle Snowflake Shaker Die from silver glitter and white cardstock, from white cardstock I trimmed off snowfkajes to create a white frame, you can create such frame with two small circle nesting dies too. I attached a piece of acetate behind the white frame and put some clay shaker elements in the centre of snowflake die cut. I foam mount the circle frame with acetate over them.

I stamped a lot of sentiments using Labelmaker Holiday Sentiments with red ink and cut them out with coordinating die. I used one sentiment on my card.

Another die that can be used as shaker is Mistletoe Wreath Die. But I used it as a regular wreath die cut.  I cut out the wreath from white glitter paper and colored it with Copic marker. To create berries I used small red enamel dots and I applied a small amount of white Nuvo drops on them , to create a snow effect.

For a card background I used patterned paper from Christmas Stripes Paper Pad. I stamped a sentiment from inside of the wreath.

For my next cards I used a small stamp set with snowflakes. I stamped a snowflake backgrouns with different inks and covered them with a light green ink. Next, I cut a white frame with Christmas tree frame and foam mount it on a card background.

I embellished the card with a light blue Nuvo drops and a stamped sentiment. This time I used black Versafine ink to stamp Labelmaker Holiday Sentiments.

To create this card with two layers of snowflakes I used Snowlake combo: stamp and coordinating die. At first I cut out a small rectangle stitched white panel and temporarily attach it to a standard A2 card panel. I stamped different snowflakes vertically on both panels.

On a separate white paper I stamped snowflakes with a warm color inks and cut them out with coordinating dies. I foam mount the rectangle panel on the card base and then I foam mount my die cut snowflakes over stamped.

With a same snowflakes I created a one more card. I put them inside of wooden frame, I cut the frame from kraft cardstock using a medium die from Wooden frame die. Behind the snowflake I applied Nuvo glitter paste through the Holiday Stripes Stencil.
