Birthday card. Video

Hello everyone! I want to bring you today a lot of colorful inspiration using latest trimming stamps and cover plate die.
For this card I used – LOTS OF GIFTS TRIMMINGS and HALF STRIPED COVER DIE.

  I made this card using the fun technique called – inlaid die cutting. With this technique you can create unique one layered die cut disigns.

   At first I cut out a background die cut and stamped gift boxes on the inner piece of the die cut. I colored boxes with copic markers, I pick some bright colors to make this card pop. After my coloring was done I glued the large white die cut on the card base and then inlay colored piece and colorful stripes. I cut out those stripes using HALF STRIPED COVER DIE from the scraps. I have a lot of cardstock leftovers and I’m glad I can use them

For the sentiment I decided to combine  stamps from different stamp sets, the larger “Happy
birthday” stamp from CACTUS HUGS  and smaller is from this set –BIRTHDAY GREETINGS.
